As Vice President of Fabrication Solutions & Technologies, Keith Jentsch leads the company’s strategic growth, business development, and technical sales efforts across North America. With more than 17 years of hands-on experience in the fabrication industry—beginning on the shop floor and advancing into plant management—Keith brings a rare blend of technical knowledge and leadership insight to every client partnership.

At FST, he guides customers through complex capital equipment decisions, oversees marketing strategy and trade show initiatives, and drives innovation across the company’s operations. His practical background in welding, forming, cutting, and production management gives him a deep understanding of the challenges fabricators face, helping him offer real solutions that deliver results.

What Keith values most about FST is the people—the relationships built on trust, integrity, and teamwork. His leadership philosophy is centered on listening first, understanding deeply, and working side by side with clients and colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys working on cars, tackling home projects, and spending time with his kids. Grounded in faith and family, he’s passionate about giving back to his community and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
