With nearly a decade at Fabrication Solutions & Technologies, Ryan McKelvey—known around the office as “Ryan-O” or “Rhino”—brings deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to helping clients find the right fabrication solutions. Before moving into technical sales, Ryan spent over seven years as a technician at FST, gaining an in-depth understanding of equipment, processes, and customer needs from the ground up.

That experience gives Ryan a unique ability to connect with production managers and engineers, understanding both their challenges and goals when it comes to plate rolling, tank production, and automation projects. His training from partners such as Haeusler, IMCAR, Tecoi, and Fronius further supports his role as a trusted technical advisor.

Ryan values the strong, family-like atmosphere at FST, where open communication and teamwork drive success. His motivation comes from building relationships—both with clients and colleagues—and helping turn complex challenges into achievable results.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their cats, King and Hagrid. He’s an avid golfer, amateur gunsmith, vinyl collector, and self-proclaimed home chef. A former collegiate track and cross-country athlete, he brings that same dedication and drive to everything he does.
