The ReCo-Painter^® was developed to automatically and efficiently coat large, cubic components such as box bodies for trailers and containers with minimal undercuts – with consitently high spray precision and reproductible quality.

This portal-type painting system from our company is characterized by easy operation and an intuitive control interface. One of the key features is the automatic contour detection of the component, which eliminates the need for time-consuming programming of part geometries.

A particularly noteworthy feature is the short setup time during color changes, made possible by the mobile decentralized paint supply system. If desired, the system can be expanded to include a centralized paint supply.

The high level of flexibility is especially evident in the ability to carry out the automated coating process with the ReCo-Painter^® and manual coating for any necessary pre- or post-treatment simultaneously within the same booth.

It is also possible to integrate work platforms for manual coating inside the booth, as well as to use the painting portal in a combined spray and drying booth.
